Summary: With Davis Mills in for Taylor, the Texans go three-and-out, the Browns score a TD and then Mills throws an INT. The rout is on, again. Not quite. The Texans defense helped Cleveland to a field goal after Mills was picked off at Houston’s 18 by Malcolm Smith. The rookie settled down and had the Texans on the move and down just 10 as the quarter ended. Key stat: Mayfield was 5-for-5 for 63 yards and a TD.
