Misfit Outpost craft brewery opens in Cypress

Misfit Outpost, a partnershi­p between Fortress BeerWorks and Misfit Brewing, opened a 1,232-square-foot craft brewery on five acres at 16602 Cypress Rosehill Road in Cypress. The site was previously occupied by the Shack Burger Resort. NAI Partners’ Chris Caudill arranged the sale for Misfit Outpost, and also completed the lease for

Fortress BeerWorks’ current location at 2606 Spring Cypress Road in Spring.

Aloha Poke Co. announced the opening of its first Texas location in Fairfield Town Center at 29040 U.S. 290 in Cypress. Husband and wife team Amanda and Corey Tabb of Cypress are the franchisee­s. Since starting as a food stall in downtown Chicago’s French Market in 2016, Aloha Poke has grown to 17 locations in the U.S. The chain plans 10 additional location in the Houston area.

Willie’s Grill & Ice House

leased a 5,071-square-foot restaurant building at the Crossing at 288, a regional shopping center at the northeast corner of Texas 288 and FM 518, for a new location. Kyle Knight and James Namken with Weitzman represente­d the landlord. Falcon Realty Advisors represente­d the tenant. The restaurant joins the Halal Guys,

JCPenney, Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Walmart and others in the center.

Unify PT, a physical therapy and wellness practice founded by Kimberly Sam Aing, leased 1,043 square feet in The Common, a shopping center redevelopm­ent of 1102 Pinemont in northwest Houston by Gulf Coast Commercial Group. Finial Group represente­d the tenant. Danny Miller represente­d the landlord.

PostNet, a provider of postal services, custom graphic design and printing services, leased 1,600 square feet in the Coles

Crossing Shopping Center at 12330 Barker Cypress Road in

Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya

leased 2,467 square feet in Shops at Katy Grand, at Interstate 10 and the Grand Parkway in Katy, from NewQuest Properties. Heather Nguyen and Rebecca Le of NewQuest Properties represente­d the landlord. Naoyuki Kondo of NewQuest Properties represente­d the tenant.

Bounce N Play, an indoor playground for children, leased 9,886 square feet in the Miramar Shopping Center on Texas 146 in Seabrook. The multi-story playground features slides, tubes, swings, an inflatable jumping pillow, a pretend grocery store/ restaurant, arcade and more.
