So many of you have signed our petition to keep Pappas at Hobby Airport. We are overwhelmed with gratitude!

But this isn’t over yet. We still need you.

This Wednesday, Houston City Council will vote on whether local concessionaires get to stay at Hobby Airport. You may know some of the new names being proposed for Hobby Airport, but the business that is really operating those brands is far from familiar.

This decision affects what you, your family, and your friends eat at Hobby for the next ten years. We want to make sure you continue to receive the 5-star service and award-winning cuisine Pappas provides at Houston’s favorite airport. That 5-star experience is being traded away in a flawed selection process.

Why are we questioning the procurement process?

1. Houston business should serve Houston. 2. Houston deserves full transparency in the selection process. 3. The procurement process was seriously flawed.

4. Our overall financial success will benefit the airport, the city, and the Enterprise Fund.

When we opened our first location at Hobby, we had a vision and made the commitment that we would provide a world-class selection of restaurants featuring cuisines that showcase the flavors of our city, all served with the same love, care and hospitality we promise in our street locations every day. We want to keep our promises to you.
