Bats living in a cave

Bracken Cave near San Antonio, Texas, is the summer home of 20 million or so Mexican free-tailed bats (Tadarida brasiliensis). That makes it the world’s largest bat colony. When they fly from the cave at night in search of their insect prey, it is an unforgettable sight.
