A state lawmaker asked state officials to comply with a law regarding deductions for retired employees who are charged with different fees.

Assemblywoman Margarita Corro requested Governor Francisco Vega to follow a ruling by Mexico’s Supreme Court that in October of last year decided that retired employees must not be charged inappropriately from their monthly payments.

The National Human Rights Commission filed the case with the Mexican Supreme Court and the decision was published on the state’s Periodical on January.

Corro said eight months later the state agency in charge of pensions and healthcare for public employees, known in Spanish as Issstecali, is still charging retired employees.

According to state law, fees are established as any deduction related to services received at the state agency, Corro said. The same law determines that those retired employees must pay a limited amount for healthcare services, she added. Faro restaurant.

The suspects thought the victims were Ministerial police officers or members of a rival band.

The victims were kidnapped and murdered even though the suspects realized they were not linked to the police or criminal activity.
