DORA OBESO WILLIAMS May 20, 1936 - Apr. 21, 2017

Surrounded by her loved ones, Dora Obeso Williams, 81, went home to be with God and her loved ones in Heaven.

Services will be held at Capilla Cristo Rey at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Friday, May 12, 2017. A rosary in her name will be recited at 8:30 a.m., directly followed by a mass at 9 a.m. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to her beloved parents.

Dora was born in El Centro, CA. She was the 14th child born to Victoriano G. Obeso and Lucia Lopez Pinuelas Obeso. She attended St. Joseph’s Catholic School in Holtville and Central Union High School. Along with assisting her parents in raising and caring for their grandchildren, she became a mother and grandmother figure to her nieces and nephews. In her teens she worked in Obeso’s Family grocery store on the East side of El Centro. She worked at Hazel’s Dress and Style shop. Later she became a bookkeeper, phlebotomist and doctor’s assistant in La Quinta, CA.

Dora married Howard Williams and they lived in Indio, CA. She spent memorable times with her eldest sister Ramona and numerous nieces, grandnieces, nephews and grandnephews who found her to be such an unforgettable woman with zest and love of life.

She was preceded in death by her husband Howard Williams; sister, Ramona Obeso Ruiz and Connie Obeso Sisneros; and brothers, Abelardo, Gregorio, Victor Jr., Mike and Thomas Obeso.

Dora is survived by three siblings, Angelina Gastelum of Imperial, Albert and David Obeso, both of El Centro. Also by the children she raised, Linda Diana Esparaz of Imperial, Guadalupe (Lupe) Monroy Obeso of San Diego, their immediate families and numerous nephews and nieces from the Obeso, Ruiz and Esparza families whom lives she touched with her endless love.

RONALD FULTZ Dec. 27, 1939 - Apr. 10, 2017

Ronald Fultz, 77, of Holtville passed away on April 10, 2017.

He was born on December 27, 1939 in Salem, Oregon and later married Sagrario Fultz on November 16, 2003 in San Diego, CA.

Ronald is survived by his son and daughter, Jason and Jennifer Fultz; step-children, Candelario, Alma Rosa and Susana.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Calvary Chapel of El Centro will be officiated by Tony Espino.
