Press revamps website

Imperial Valley Press has upgraded its website.

The new version of ivpressonline.com includes faster loading times, a redesigned integration of elements and a responsive layout.

“The new structure of ivpressonline.com has faster loading times, making all images appear almost instantly and allowing the scrolling of the page to be more fluid and natural,” said IVP’s digital manager, Victor Quinonez.

“The website has newly designed elements, including new content blocks for videos, articles and images created for an improved browsing experience.

The responsive layout optimizes this browsing experience on different devices, including wider screens, desktops, tablets and mobile phones,” he said.

The new site was launched today. Imperial Valley Press subscribers will continue having full access to all the news and features of ivpressonline.com, including the daily e-Edition. Breaking news, quick news, classifieds, obituaries, community calendar and all other website features that have been open to non-subscribers and occasional readers will continue being available as usual.
