Man found in canal

The body of a man who was found bound with wire by the hands and feet was located inside a canal Thursday. According to media reports, the victim was found by National Water Commission staff in a Tulichek Canal gate at Ejido Benito Juárez, near the San Felipe Highway.

A member of Mexicali Fire Department diving team arrived at the scene to extract the body.

The victim was wearing a shirt, and his pants were down. The victim also had several tattoos and was severely decomposed.
