CIF-SDS playoff seedings announced for basketball and soccer

SAN DIEGO — On Saturday, at the same time the CIF-SDS wrestling finals were playing out at various San Diego venues, CIF o cials for the various divisions of basketball and soccer were in conference, working to determine how the postseason brackets for those sports would shake out.

The results of their labors are now in.

All told, 22 Valley teams — six in boys’ basketball, seven in girls’ basketball, six in boys’ soccer, and three in girls’ soccer — were deemed to have earned playo berths.

When and where those teams will play is detailed below, separated by sport and division.

Listed times for any matchup are subject to change at the discretion of the two schools’ athletic departments.

Boys’ basketball Division III
