Lack of sleep harms DNA
According to new research conducted by the University of Hong Kong, a lack of sleep could permanently damage DNA and increase the risk of cancer.
Researchers found a lack of sleep could increase DNA damage (breaks in the DNA sequence) by up to 30 percent.
