Man indicted for homicide

A man arrested days ago for a March 2018 homicide was indicted by a state judge, the Attorney General’s office announced Thursday.

José Luis “Doe,” 29, aka “Chepe,” allegedly was involved in the murder of Rodrigo Fonseca Ortiz.

According to the investigation the victim was found dead on March 4 of last year at Robledo and Palma avenues at Colonia Robledo neighborhood.

The judge decided to keep the suspect in prison and gave detectives and prosecutors four months to close the investigation.
