Purse reported stolen

A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle that was in the parking lot of the Imperial Valley Fairgrounds on East Second Street, Imperial County Sheriff’s Office activity logs stated.

The owner notified ICSO of the theft about 10:30 a.m. Thursday.

The owner said she had placed her purse in the trunk of her locked vehicle prior to it being stolen.

She said the purse contained a permanent resident card.
