Streaming available for playoff games
The Brawley Union and Central Union high school football teams will be in San Diego Friday for their CIF-San Diego Section football playoff quarterfinal games.
Central will be taking on Scripps Ranch, while Brawley will be playing the Sante Fe Christian Eagles at Torrey Pines High School.
In compliance with California Interscholastic Federation regulations, playoff games are exclusively streamed on the NFHS Network website (https:// www.nfhsnetwork.com/).
The athletic departments from both Central and Brawley remind fans that they must purchase a subscription to the NFHS Network in order to view the games.
A monthly subscription to the NFHS Network costs $10.99, while an annual subscription costs $69.99. When customers are in the checkout process, they have the option to have a portion of their subscription payment go to the school of their choice.
Subscribers many watch only one stream on one device at any time per account. Those who already purchased a subscription to the NFHS Network the previous week will still be able to watch this week’s games at no additional cost.
The service also provides access to other CIF sectional football playoffs as well as CIF state volleyball playoffs.
