Brock Lankford, 29, was arrested on suspicion of grand theft.

Police reported the county jail initially declined to accept him for booking, however, police sought and received a “bail enhancement” from a Superior Court judge that resulted in the jail accepting him, logs state.

Lankford remained in custody Monday with bail set at $15,000, a jail official said.
