Governor announces transportation projects
Baja California Gov. Marina Avila announced Monday several transportation projects in Mexicali that will carry of total price tag of about $500 million.
The governor said the Respira program seeks to improve Mexicali’s mobility and to reduce pollution.
The program also includes measures to add new technology and increase the number of green areas.
The projects include rehabilitation of Lázaro Cárdenas Boulevard, Cetys Avenue, Ejido Puebla Boulevard, Gomez Morín Boulevard, Carranza Boulevard, Héctor Terán Avenue and Islas Agrarias Highway.
