Men shot to death in southeast Mexicali

Two men were shot to death early Monday in southeast Mexicali, according to media reports.

The incident was reported to the police at 12:50 a.m. in the Misión de Puebla area after several shots were heard in the area.

The police found the injured men, who both were declared dead at the scene.

According to witnesses, a man fled after the shooting in a blue Honda Civic.

The police said the victims had sustained gunshot wounds in the back and the head.

The victims were just identified as Ramon and Mega.

The police found five 9-mm bullet casings at the scene.
