Boarts Road to close for repairs

The Imperial County Department of Public Works has announced that Boarts Road will be closed for three days northwest of Brawley from State Route 86 to Kalin Road.

The closure will begin Monday and end after Wednesday, the department said in a release.

The closure was attributed to asphalt overlay work on the route.
