Beverly, a beloved wife, mother, grandmothe­r, and great-grandmothe­r, passed a way peacefully on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.

Beverly was born in Taylorvill­e, Illinois, but spent her childhood in Memphis, T ennessee. During h er s ophomore year o f high school, she moved to the Valley as a result o f her stepfather being transferre­d to t he local Naval Base. I t was in her sophomore year at Central that she met her future h usband, Fred Binggeli, whom she married on February 17, 1953. They raised five children together.

Beverly was a devoted Catholic a nd a p arishioner of St. Mary Catholic Church. B everly w as a Legion o f Mary, Parish Council, and Lady Sodality m ember in h er younger years. She had a special devotion to Mary, our Lord's mother.

She l oved to travel, whether it w as d riving cross-country, v isiting different states, watching the leaves change, and always making new friends along the way. B everly and Fred t raveled to Canada and several times to E urope, v isiting Switzerlan­d, Portugal, France, Italy, as well as many o ther p laces. The travels that she held most dear to her were her visits to Lourdes, Fatima, the Vatican, and Rome.

Beverly is survived by her husband of 70 years, Freddy; her children, Tim Binggeli ( Becky), Lee Ann Walker, Margo Havens ( Randy), Tammy Valdez ( Ralph Chico ), and Amy Binggeli-Vallarta ( Rudy); 15 g randchildr­en, and numerous great-grandchild­ren.

Funeral Services will be held o n Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Rosary is at 10 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m., officiated by Fr. Ed H orning w ith i nterment immediatel­y following.
