BRAD’S NEW WAR WITH ANGELINA

-

After months of heartache, a soulcrushing child services investigation and a bitter battle over custody and living arrangements in the wake of their September split, Angelina and Brad finally found some common ground. She bought a home minutes from his compound in LA’S Los Feliz neighborhood (left) in April, “and they agreed on a custody visitation schedule for the next two years — which parent would have the kids for major holidays, summer vacations,” explains an insider. But now, everything has ground to a halt. “The divorce settlement talks are on hold because Angie is trying to change the terms of what both had previously agreed to,” the insider tells In Touch exclusively. “Angelina had agreed that the children would all have a home base in LA until their youngest reached the age of 18. At the time, she was just trying to get everything to calm down and get Brad off of her back. But now that she’s been in LA with the kids for more than six months, she’s realized how much she hates it there and is looking for a way out.”

She found a way — the day before Father’s Day, no less. Angelina was spotted boarding a private jet out of LA with her and Brad’s six kids. “Angelina headed off on a UNHCR [United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees] mission and took the kids with her,” says a family friend. “They flew to London first, and then were set to head off on the mission. Brad is not joining them. It’s cruel that she wouldn’t let the kids spend Father’s Day with their father. It just goes to show how nasty this divorce and custody battle is getting again.”
