Kim isn’t just expanding her business empire — she’s also expanding her family, with the help of a surrogate. “It’s been the answer to all her problems,” a source tells In Touch. “Kim felt like she was letting Kanye down when she was told not to carry another baby [because of a medical condition, placenta accreta].” Kim and Kanye, 40, are determined to keep the identity of their surrogate a secret, and to watch her closely throughout the pregnancy. “They have the most insane contract,” says the source, adding that the surrogate is being paid over $100,000. “They have signed her to complete secrecy.”
