They’ve maintained one of Hollywood’s most private relationships for eight years, but Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes are still in no rush to get married. “It’s no secret they love each other, but all is not well in the romance department,” a source tells In Touch of the parents to Esmeralda, 4, and Amada, 3. “The spark they once had seems to be dying down, and they’ve grown apart.” And Eva, 45, and Ryan, 38, deal with their issues in very different ways. “Ryan’s a great guy, but he’s not one to get too bogged down by talking about his feelings, while Eva is the opposite — that’s the big problem,” says the source. “Relationships are hard, and they’re realizing they’re going to have to put in the work if they want to save theirs.”
