Lady Gaga isn’t going to like this! Angelina Jolie sets her sights on Bradley Cooper
Brangelina 2.0? Angelina Jolie is smitten after an unexpected run-in with Bradley Cooper
He was the picture of a doting daddy. With a smile on his face and a camera in his hand, Bradley Cooper — sporting a new mustache — joyfully chronicled his adventures with 2-year-old daughter Lea at Disneyland on Aug. 23. From riding the King Arthur Carrousel to the Storybook Land Canal Boats to Dumbo the Flying Elephant, the father-daughter duo had a blast. But Bradley wasn’t the only A-list single parent visiting the Anaheim, Calif., theme park that day: According to a source, he crossed paths with his old acquaintance, mom Angelina Jolie, who was there with her four youngest children, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 11.
And Angelina was impressed. “She saw how amazing Bradley was with his daughter, and that’s something she finds really attractive,” says the source. “She hasn’t stopped thinking about him!” It’s been three years since Angelina, 44, left husband Brad Pitt, 55, and “she’s ready to get back out there and meet the man of her dreams,” says the source, adding that while Bradley was most recently linked to Lady Gaga, she’s got him in her sights. “Angie’s now on a mission to date Bradley.”
A PERFECT MATCH?
Those close to Angelina say Bradley, who’s also 44 and just a few months out of a four-year romance with model Irina Shayk, 33, is definitely her type. “She thinks they have so much in common,” says the source, noting that the pair have known each
other for years and even both ended up in Ellen DeGeneres’ epic record-setting Oscars selfie in 2014. “They both act and direct and understand the pressure that comes with fame. They’re devoted parents. And they could even be seeing each other more through work now that they’re both in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.” (Angelina’s joined the cast of The Eternals; Bradley voices Guardians of the Galaxy’s Rocket.) “Plus she finds him sexy as hell. She loves his rugged new look.”
It doesn’t hurt that there’s an aspect of oneupmanship at play, too. “Not only is Bradley friends with Brad,” says the source (the actors were reportedly seen hanging out together during a concert at the Hollywood Bowl in July), but Bradley dated Brad’s ex-wife Jennifer Aniston, 50, a decade ago (see box). “When it comes to revenge, you don’t get much better than hooking up with an ex-husband’s close friend.”
Fans have been hoping Bradley will give his A Star Is Born co-star Lady Gaga, 33, a shot, but it appears that potential romance has cooled. Still, says the source, Gaga’s bound to “hit the roof” if Bradley starts seeing Angelina. The “Bad Romance” singer is in for some tough competition, though! “Angie rarely lets anyone get in the way of what she wants, especially when it comes to men.” ◼
