WHAT HAPPENED TO NOAH CYRUS’ FACE?

Noah Cyrus, the 23-year-old younger sister of Miley Cyrus, looked almost unrecognizable when she arrived at the Alexandre Vauthier fashion show in Paris on Jan 24. “It appears that Noah has had injections of filler into her cheeks and lips to plump them up,” says Anthony Youn, M.D., America’s Holistic Plastic Surgeon, who has not treated the singer. “She may also have had an upper eyelid lift, causing [the area around] her eyes to look more open. She looks very different!” According to a source, “Noah, like Miley, likes to keep everyone on their toes. She experiments with new looks all the time. This one just happens to be very dramatic.”
