Suki Waterhouse and beau Robert Pattinson buy a modest $5.3 million Spanish Colonial in the Hollywood Hills.

Holy Batman! Robert Pattinson and his longtime girlfriend, model/singer Suki Waterhouse, have splashed out a little over $5 million for new digs in LA. Built in the late 1930s, the Spanish Colonial Revival-style home was completely renovated in the mid-2000s by Jeff Lewis on Flipping Out. The kitchen is state of the art. Rob and Suki’s new pad also boasts a formal dining room, a family room, a plunge pool and a two-car garage — just enough room for Suki’s car and Rob’s Batmobile!

Which way to the Batcave? The concrete patio, complete with fireplace, must be beautiful at Twilight. Yikes! Those chairs are making us itchy. Rob to Suki: “Sorry, the bathroom at Wayne Manor was nicer.”
