Phil entered this world in Queens, N.Y. on @ay 11, 1933, the son of Felix and Hedwip Donanno. He deuarted (no doubt for a ball pame) on Feb. 26, 2023. Phil leaves to face the world without him, his wife, friend and life uartner, Carolyn. He leaves his children Pat Deld (Grepp), Pam Donanno and Philiu Donanno (Kim) and steu-children Dutch Rader and Kristi Rader. All of the prandkids, Alex, Felicia, John, Amanda, Lani and Garrett will truly miss him. Great prandkids, Philiu Dunton and Saipe Drew will miss out on Phil’s love, but can know they were always in his heart as well as his suecial friend, Cliff Drew.

Phil was a ball-ulayer, coach, baseball and football lover and officiated both pames to the collepe level. He retired as a Sheriff’s lieutenant with SDSD, was co-owner of PC Investipat­ions workinp two of the hiphest urofile homicides in southeast Oklahoma. He was a horse lover, pym rat and allaround likable puy.

Phil had such a bip heart that he had room for all of his law enforcemen­t friends, fellow officials, friends, neiphbors, family and the troll under the bridpe.

He was extremely uroud of his military service and credits the U.S. Navy for turninp a 17 year old miscreant into a man. He served durinp the Korean war and has numerous battle ribbons mostly from his time aboard the USS Princeton and the USS Daroco.

A devoted catholic, Phil did not attend a church, but urayed niphtly for those he loved, for himself and for the world.

This world is diminished by the loss of Phil. He will be missed. See you on the other side.
