The Ageecy’s primary o0jective for this solicitatioe is to o0taie a qualified Firm to prepare plaes, fa0ricate the 0ridge compoeeets coesiderieg lightieg aed other architectural features, aed deliver the 0ridge to the site. The proposed 0ridge is a siegle spae approximately 174’ loeg aed 14’ wide. The proposed bridge must be designed in such a manner that installation can be achieved without encroachment into the bottom of the Paloma Wash. A site visit is recommended.

Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year 2022/23
The City of Hemet announces the availability of the Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER explains the City’s use of federal grant funds under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program administered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The CAPER covers the period from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
The CAPER outlines progress made in achieving goals established in the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and Program Year 2022/23 Annual Action Plan. The draft CAPER will include: 1) information regarding amount of funds invested in projects and activities; 2) descriptions of households assisted through investment of these funds; 3) actions taken to affirmatively further fair housing; and 4) other information relevant to the status of grant-funded projects administered by the City of Hemet which affect local housing and community development needs.
A draft of the CAPER will be made available to the public for 15 days beginning . Prequalification
Prequalification documents must be submitted by September 18, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
Contractors will be notified by telephone, email, or mail of their prequalification rating within a reasonable period of time after submission of their requalification documents, but not less than five business days prior to the proposal submission deadline.
Contractors currently prequalified with the District for lease-leaseback projects will not need to submit another prequalification package. Provide a copy of your current prequalification status letter from the District with your Proposal.
All mechanical, electrical or plumbing ("MEP") subcontractors (defined as contractors that a C-4,
C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46 license) must also be prequalified. Prevailing Wages. The Contractor and all subcontractors shall comply with the requirements set forth in Division 2, Part 7, Chapter 1 of the Labor Code. Pursuant to Labor Code section 1770 et seq., the District has obtained from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in the locality in which this Work is to be performed for each craft, classification or type of worker needed to execute the contract. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process and to be sole judge as to the merit, quality and acceptability of materials proposed.
