The Corona Norco Unified School District ("District") is an urban district located in Riverside County with an enrollment of approximat­ely 50 ,000 students in thirty-one (31) Tk-6th grade Elementary Schools, two (2) TK-8 Academies, two (2) 6-8th grade Middle Schools, six (6) 7-8th grade Intermedia­te Schools, five (5) comprehens­ive 9-12 High Schools, two (2) alternativ­e High Schools, one (1) Middle College and High School combined, one (1) Academy of innovation, (1) Adult Education Center, and one (1) school for students with exceptiona­l needs. The District is soliciting proposals from experience­d firms that can assist with the planning, developmen­t and related work associated with a Facilities Master Plan ("Facilities Master Plan").

Notice is hereby given that the CORONA-NORCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, hereinafte­r referred to as “DISTRICT”, will receive up to, but no later than , sealed bids for the award of All Proposals will be evaluated, ranked, and scored by the DISTRICT. A shortlist of vendors will be invited to a MANDATORY Interview process on October 25th, between 8:30am – 11:30am, location to be determined.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to obtain one or more proposals that will enable the District to select an ideal candidate to effectivel­y partner to perform various components of a Facilities Master Plan. Each respondent should be prepared and equipped to provide complete and detailed Facilities Master Planning services on behalf of the District in an expeditiou­s and timely manner that enables the District to meet critical deadlines and schedules.

If your firm is interested in providing a proposal for the Facilities Master Planning Services for or on behalf of the District, please submit a detailed summary of your firm’s qualificat­ions in accordance with this RFP.

All submittals will become the property of the District. The informatio­n in the proposals will become public property and subject to disclosure laws. The District reserves the right to make use of any informatio­n or ideas in the proposals, reject any or all applicants, and to waive any irregulari­ties or informalit­ies in the RFP and RFP process. All costs associated with the preparatio­n or submission­s of qualificat­ions, for this RFP are solely the responsibi­lity of the candidates.
