CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

the staff of the City of Eastvale has recommended that the City Council conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 6:30 p.m., regarding adoption of Resolution 24-XX establishing and adopting city fees for various city services. A copy of the User Fee Study Report is available for public inspection during regular business hours, at the office of the City Clerk located at 12363 Limonite Avenue, Suite 910, Eastvale.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

Any person may submit written comments prior to the public hearing or may appear in person before the City Council to be heard. Written comments may be mailed to the City of Eastvale City Clerk at Eastvale City Hall, 12363 Limonite Avenue, Suite 910, Eastvale, CA 91752.

To be presented to the Council at the meeting, all comments made in writing or via e-mail prior to the public hearing must be submitted and received by the City of Eastvale City Clerk no later than Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.

Oral and written comments may be submitted directly to the City Council at the public hearing. If you challenge the project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you raised at the public hearing as described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Eastvale City Council prior to or at the public hearing.
