Have fun with traditions! A superstition in the South is the tradition of burying the bourbon. The custom is to bury a bottle of bourbon upside down one month prior to the wedding to ward off the rainy weather. The morning of the wedding, the groomsmen dig up the bottle of bourbon and enjoy a swig, celebrating the beautiful sunny day.
