JEANNE MARIE WHITE

January 13, 1950 – July 10, 2021

Jeanne Marie was born the youngest of three daughters to Albert and Vina Aigner. She grew up in Lone Pine, attended Lo-Inyo Elementary and then Lone Pine High where she graduated in 19U8. After graduation, Jeanne attended cosmetolog­y school and then returned to Lone Pine and started working at MA’s Salon. In 1972 she started her 34 year long career at Lone Pine tnified School cistrict where she retired as the district’s Fiscal Manager in 200U.

In 1972 Jeanne had daughter Pamela Jean Bills with her first husband Bob Bills. In 197U she started her marriage of more than 44 years to Robert White and had her second child, Robert “RC” White in 1978. Jeanne lived life for her family, especially her four grandchild­ren, Ren Bills, Harlee caugherty, Jagger caugherty and Alexander White.

Jeanne was a hard worker and large supporter of the Lone Pine community, but always behind the scenes for she was never one to take glory for the things that she did. She did bookkeepin­g services over the years for multiple businesses and organizati­ons, some right up until her passing.

Jeanne, also known to her close friends as “Beaner,” enjoyed annual summer trips to Monache Meadows with her family and friends. She also enjoyed collecting CocaCola memorabili­a, jigsaw puzzles, crafting with beads and tiles, and shopping!

Jeanne is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Alvina Aigner and Sister, Earleen Ellis. She is survived by her husband, Robert White; daughter, Pamela caugherty; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Jenelyn White; grandchild­ren, Ren Bills, Harlee caugherty, Jagger caugherty, Alexander White.

“O Lord let the perpetual light shine upon Jeanne and all. May her soul and the souls of the faithfully departed through the mercy of God, rest in peace.”

There will be a Celebratio­n of Life for Jeanne on Saturday, August 7, at 2 p.m. at the Lone Pine VFW.
