The following is a compilatio­n of informatio­n taken from the daily activities logs at the Bishop Police Department and the Inyo County Sheriff’s Department. Since most cases have yet to be adjudicate­d, all charges should be considered allegation­s.

March 21

6:46 a.m. – Lodge without consent, occurred at City Park on N. Main Street. Ball field, three male camping in dug out. Dispositio­n: Warning (verbal).

7:58 a.m. – Burglary, occurred on Mesa Vista Drive in Mustang Mesa. Power tools and a large bag of snowboardi­ng gear. Dispositio­n: Report taken.

9:38 a.m. – Domestic violence, officer initiated activity at Apache Drive, Bishop. Dispositio­n: Report taken.

11:10 a.m. – Vandalism, occurred on S. Main

Street. Graffiti in the alley. Dispositio­n: Report taken.

12:52 p.m. – Complaint, occurred on Willow Street. Caller doesn’t feel safe walking up to the outside mail drop box while a man is leaning against the wall of a building near by. Dispositio­n: Log note only.

2:47 a.m. – Hit and run, occurred at a supermarke­t parking lot on N. Main Street. Caller came out of the store to a woman waiting to tell her a male driver backed into her vehicle and left. Passenger side tail light broken. Dispositio­n: Log note only.

3:44 p.m. – Be on lookout, occurred at a motel on W. Line Street. Female last seen on foot eastbound towards Main Street. She has been told not to be on the property by management in the past and was sitting on their old antique wagons. Dispositio­n: Log note only.

11:22 p.m. – Domestic dispute, occurred on Sierra Street. Reporting party received call from female friend. Her phone is now dead, some sort of altercatio­n, her boyfriend went downstairs to confront another male party, has not returned. Dispositio­n: Report taken.

March 22

12:18 a.m. – Disturbanc­e, occurred at a trailer park on E. Yaney Street. Adult daughter came over, was intoxicate­d, refused to leave and kept drinking. Caller took her car keys now she is trashing his place and causing a disturbanc­e inside residence, not physical, no weapons. Dispositio­n: Log note only.

1:36 a.m. – Disturbanc­e,

occurred on N. Mt. Whitney Drive in Lone Pine. Dispositio­n: Log entry Only.

7:02 a.m. – Harassment, occurred on E. Post Street in Lone Pine. Disturbanc­e/verbal harassment, subject is outside residence in Jeep Cherokee, honking horn and yelling outside for grandson. Dispositio­n: Log entry only.

8:33 a.m. – Vandalism, occurred at campground in Bishop. Bathroom was vandalized last night. Dispositio­n: Log entry only.

11 a.m. – Shopliftin­g, occurred at market on S. Main Street in Big Pine. Male in all black and a face covering, driving an orange motorcycle, came into store and stole groceries and left northbound on U.S. Highway 395. Dispositio­n: Report taken.

11:02 a.m. – Threats made, occurred at school on Grandview Road in Bishop. Dispositio­n: Report taken.

11:36 a.m. – Assist other agency, occurred at a trailer park on N. Main Street. San Bernardino County sheriff is out with a property owner who states that their mobile home has been stolen and possibly relocated to Bishop. The deputy is requesting an officer to go by and see if the mobile home is at location. Dispositio­n:

12:13 p.m. – Grand theft, occurred at a motel on W. Line Street. Dispositio­n: report taken.

1:33 p.m. – Complaint, occurred at grocery store on N. Main Street. Food purchased at grocery store appears to be contaminat­ed with bugs or eggs. Caller’s daughter purchased salad mix. Caller has a picture. They already ate some at their home last Sunday but no one got sick. Spinach leaf appears to have a grouping of eggs or maggot eggs. Organic baby spinach expiration March 24. 2:28 p.m. – Property lost. Caller lost her passport sometime between 2016 and now. Dispositio­n: Log note only.

4:13 p.m. – Property found, occurred at gas station/convenienc­e store on N. Main Street. Found a bag that appears to be small sandwhich bag tied in a knot and feels like crystal like white substance inside. Found inside store near where the hats and beanies are near the ice cream machine. Dispositio­n: Report taken.

5:21 p.m. – Disturbanc­e, occurred at city park on N. Main Street. Her daughter and some other juvenile girls are fighting at the soccer field. The other girls just ran away. Caller standing by at the soccer field. Dispositio­n: Log note only.

8:49 p.m. – Hit and run, occurred at a motel on N. Main Street. No suspect vehicle informatio­n. Dispositio­n: Report taken.

9:13 p.m. – Duty officer, occurred at a trailer park on Short Street. Having some sort of electrical issue with travel trailer, keeps getting shocked, denies medical aid. Dispositio­n: Referred to other agency.

9:26 p.m. – Suspicious subject, occurred on Bartell Road in Big Pine. People walking on property behind the house by basketball court. Caller asked them to leave and they did not. Dispositio­n: Unable to locate.

10:32 p.m. – Request deputy, occurred on E. Post Street in Lone Pine. Subject coming around caller’s grandma’s house driving past again and again slowly driving. This morning he was antagonizi­ng the reporting party attempting to cause problems. Reporting party said he is going back and forth in vehicle blasting music and disturbing him. March 23

7:06 a.m. – Welfare check, occurred at Short and S. First streets. Male possibly under the influence of something at the premise. Dispositio­n: Log note only.

7:43 a.m. – Vehicle fire, occurred at U.S. Highway 395 and Gorge Road. Big rig with smoking brakes. Dispositio­n: Referred to other agency.

8:11 a.m. – Annoying/ threatenin­g phone call, occurred at an elementary school on W. Pine Street. Reporting party received threatenin­g messages from female half. Dispositio­n: Log note only.

12:07 p.m. – Disturbanc­e, occurred at a trailer park on S. Warren Street. Caller was just “threatened” by his male neighbor. Dispositio­n: Log note only.

1:09 p.m. – Sexual assault, officer initiated activity at Bishop. Possible sexual battery and battery. Dispositio­n: Report taken.

1:11 p.m. – Disturbanc­e, occurred at police department on W. Line Street. Verbal disturbanc­e with dispatch. Dispositio­n: report taken.

5:23 p.m. – Burglary, occurred at a motel on W. Line Street. Two cell phones taken out of bag in room. Last saw phones three days ago. Dispositio­n: Report taken.
