Weekend wildfire
Calfire San Bernardino/Inyo/Mono reported Monday morning that the Pleasant Fire that broke out Sunday afternoon near U.S. Highway 395 and Pleasant Valley Dam Road was 65% contained and holding at 50 acres. There was no increase in acreage burned over night. Crews were set to mop up through Monday. The cause of the blaze is under investigation by Calfire Prevention Bureau.
