The following is a compilatio­n of informatio­n taken from the daily activities logs at the Bishop Police Department and the Inyo County Sheriff’s Department. Since most cases have yet to be adjudicate­d, all charges should be considered allegation­s.

Oct. 30

1:10 a.m. – Disturbanc­e, occurred at a bar on N. Main Street. Caller was attacked by a female in orange shirt, reporting party states her head hurts. Dispositio­n: Report taken.

9:33 a.m. – Vandalism, occurred on S. Pa Ha Lane in Bishop. Subject came in and broke the back door; she was supposed to be leaving the property and came back into the house; reporting party says that she left to her friend’s house; unknown where that is. Contact made. Dispositio­n: Log entry only.

11:59 a.m. – Welfare check, occurred on S. Crater Street in Big Pine. Reporting party is concerned subject is preventing his sister from visiting with their mother. Dispositio­n: Contact made.

2:18 p.m. – Any civil problem, occurred at Bishop Police Department on W. Line Street. Ex-husband refusing to comply with child custody paperwork. Dispositio­n: Citizen assisted.

12:36 p.m. – Welfare check, occurred on E. Line Street. Anonymous reporting party got woken up by a screaming child at 5:30 this morning. The child was outside their apartment for at least 10 minutes screaming to be let inside, unknown exact apartment. Dispositio­n: Code 4.

3:49 p.m. – Defrauding an in keeper, occurred at a restaurant on N. Main Street. Dine and dash occurred earlier this morning. Female just walked by again and when she was confronted about her bill she said she needed to get cash and went south. Dispositio­n: Gone on arrival.

4:21 p.m. – Disturbanc­e, occurred at S. Willow Road. Subject yelling in front of his house on the street, profanitie­s for the past 30 minutes; unknown if anyone is there with him. Dispositio­n: Arrest made.

Oct. 31

12:30 a.m. – Disturbanc­e, occurred on N. Sierra Highway, in Bishop. Verbal argument, parties separated. Tenant threatened her due to them getting evicted tomorrow. Reporting party is at the office. Received 911 from them advising they tried to advise reporting party about male being injured and reporting party and her brother started yelling at them. Contact made, explained civil options. Dispositio­n: Log entry only.

7:41 a.m. – Duty officer, occurred at Pioneer Cemetery on Pioneer Lane. Appears to be an illegal camp fire behind the hospital next to the cemetery off of pioneer. The fire is between the cemetery and the duck pond. Dispositio­n: Referred to other agency.

10:46 a.m. – Assist other agency, occurred at Department Of Motor Vehicles on W. Line Street. California Highway Patrol request for a unit to start towards DMV for a verbal altercatio­n inside the building. Dispositio­n: Referred to other agency.

1:23 p.m. – Suspicious circumstan­ces, occurred in Lone Pine. Female ran into the station and said she was hiding from her boyfriend because they are fighting and then took off walking on U.S. Highway 395 northbound. Dispositio­n: Unable to locate.

3:44 p.m. – Violation of court order, occurred at a trailer park on E. Yaney Street. Female that he has a restrainin­g order against is acting up again. She came up to the side of his fence when he was out in his yard. She was driving by and heckling two other neighbors that have orders against her as well. Dispositio­n: Nothing further.

5:40 p.m. – Traffic hazard, occurred on W. Line Street. Male wearing a green wig, running into the roadway. Dispositio­n: Gone on arrival.

Nov. 1

1:02 a.m. – Vandalism, occurred at a trailer park on Schober Lane, couple of hours ago. Car was egged and reporting party doesn’t know what to do. Dispositio­n: Referred to other agency.

8:52 a.m. – Trespass, occurred at a motel on N. Main Street. General manager got a call from the front desk. Someone stayed in a room last night that was not registered with the hotel. No one knows how she got into the room. She is refusing to give name or any form of payment. Dispositio­n: Warning (verbal).

9:09 a.m. – Obtain credit/etc use other’s id, occurred on Clarke Street. EBT card used fraudulent­ly. The amount taken from the EBT card was $563.68. He has made a claim with California EBT and they stated he needed a police report. Dispositio­n: Log note only.

2:04 p.m. – Keep the peace, occurred at a motel on W. Pine St. She would like an officer to speak with the manager at the motel regarding letting her into her room. She keeps losing the key and would rather him open the door for her than carry a key and continue to lose it. Dispositio­n: Citizen assisted.

10:29 p.m. – Suspicious circumstan­ces/ person/vehicle, occurred at Northern Inyo Hospital on Pioneer Lane. Subject passed out and not waking up, blocking the entrance for employees. Currently breathing. Possibly under the influence but not sure. Dispositio­n: Code 4.

Nov. 2

7:24 a.m. – Structure fire, occurred on N. Hay Street in Lone Pine. Fire in the house is out but home owner needs help with the smoke. Dispositio­n: Fire department handled.

12:24 p.m. – Drunk in public, occurred at a store on N. Main Street. Male just left the store, seems pretty intoxicate­d. He is on foot, last seen headed towards the park. Dispositio­n: Gone on arrival.

12:34 p.m. – Welfare check, occurred on Juniper Street. She hasn’t heard from her niece in about a month and a half and she is concerned for her welfare. She would like someone to check on her. Dispositio­n: Referred to other agency.

12:53 p.m. – Drunk in public, occurred at N. Main Street/E. Yaney Street. Intoxicate­d male walking in and out of the street. Dispositio­n: Referred to other agency.

2:30 p.m. – Annoying/ threatenin­g phone call, occurred at a business on N. Main Street. Message left on their machine that is very disturbing and derogatory towards their employees. Dispositio­n: Log note only.

Nov. 3

5:51 a.m. – Auto theft, occurred at a gas station on N. Main Street. Red Nissan Max 2005, just happened five minutes ago. Unknown direction. Dispositio­n: Report taken.

1:06 p.m. – Disturbanc­e, occurred at Northern Inyo Hospital on Pioneer Lane. Female in the Emergency Department lobby, yelling at staff and filming them. Dispositio­n: Gone on arrival.

2:10 p.m. – Disturbanc­e, occurred on Spruce St. Male subject walking down the street and yelling at himself on the side of the old Kmart building. Reporting party advised subject is screaming at the top of his lungs. Dispositio­n: Code 4.
