City commission vacancies

BISHOP – The city of Bishop has announced vacancies on its Parks and Recreation Commission and Planning Commission. One seat on the Parks and Recreation Commission is scheduled to expire on Jan. 11, 2023. There is also one seat on the Planning Commission that is scheduled to expire on Jan. 27, 2023. The city of Bishop is seeking persons interested in serving on these commissions. All interested persons may contact Bishop City Hall at (760) 873-5863, extension 124. Applications and descriptions of duties and responsibilities for each commission are available at City Hall, located at 377 W. Line St. in Bishop, or on the city’s website at www.cityofbishop.com. Applications will be accepted until 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2.
