Is there a way to merge playlists on my iPhone or Mac without individually moving each song? I have three playlists I want to merge into one.

Dear Musical,

You can merge most playlists in the Music section of iTunes on your Mac. You can either merge two of the playlists into the third or you can create a new playlist and merge all three into that one.

Here's how: Use your mouse to drag the playlist you want to merge onto the playlist you want to keep. If there are duplicates, you will be asked if you want to add or skip adding those songs. Repeat until you have merged all of your playlists.

My Music app has disappeared from the Dock at the bottom of my iPhone screen. The app isn’t deleted, it just somehow moved to a different screen. How do I get Music back in my Dock?

Firmly press on the Music app icon until all your apps start jiggling. Drag Music down into the Dock, and once it's positioned where you want it, lift your finger. Finally, press Done in the upper right corner of the screen.

How do I delete Kindle books from my iPad without having to delete them from my Amazon Kindle Library? And how do I delete Kindle books from my iPad after I delete them from my Amazon Kindle Library?

When you “delete” Kindle books from your iPad, you are only removing the download (but not the book's icon) from your device. To remove a book download from your iPad, swipe left on the book or press on the book icon and choose Remove from Device. The book remains in your Kindle Library unless you delete it from the Content and Devices section of your account on Amazon.com (this action permanently deletes the book).

When you have permanently deleted a book from your Kindle Library, removing the book download from your iPad also permanently deletes it from your device. If you removed the iPad download prior to deleting from your Kindle Library, the book icon will disappear from your iPad once your Kindle app syncs with Amazon. You will need to repurchase the book if you ever want to read it again.
