With her recent jump into the music world, Dove Cameron is lucky to have a core group of friends in the industry who she can lean on. But, as she thinks about her future and brainstorms tour ideas, Dove admits that she’s not sure if she’s found the perfect person to hit the road with. “I’d like to tour with one of my friends,” she tells J-14. “But there’s a gap between who my friends that sing are, and the types of music we do.” There’s one friend in particular who Dove admits she wishes she could call her tourmate. “I‘m good friends with Ariana Grande, and we’ve actually talked about what it’d be like to tour together with me opening for her,” Dove reveals. “But while I do think it’d be so much fun to tour together, I don’t think the music I’m releasing really crosses over with her style, so I don’t know if it’d be a good fit.” We have to admit, an Ariana/ Dove tour sounds like a dream, but if it can’t happen, maybe the two can record a duet instead?!
