J-14: deals with some pretty heavy topics, but it’s not a super-sad show, right?

Right! It’s a comedy dealing with how these characters try to understand each other, navigate life and just try to be okay.

J-14: Can you tell us about your characters?

Matilda has autism and is really quirky and funny. She pulled at my heart strings right away when I saw the script.

Genevieve’s spunky and fiercly loyal to her sister. She’s trying to figure out who she is, just like I am in real life.

J-14: Who’s another actor you’d like to have join the show?

Emily Osment. Her comedy and improv skills would fit right in with our show!

J-14: What do you hope viewers take away from this show?

That it’s okay to not be okay sometimes.
