UPLOADING VIDEOS MAKES EMMA EMOTIONAL!
When she launched her channel in 2017, Emma was hoping to become part of the community she watched on YouTube. Instead, she created a new community of teens who share their lives (zits and all!) on the internet. “I want to spread the message of, ‘Hey, girls can not wear makeup,’” she shares.
“They can put their hair in a bun. They can have their acne out.” But don’t let her chilledout appearance fool you, behind the scenes, Emma is working harder than ever to make content people can connect to. “I’ve cried multiple times after posting a video,” she continues. “Like, ‘Oh, my God, that’s my masterpiece.’ And every single video is like that for me. So much work goes into each video.”
