DARA AND ISSAC ARE COOKING UP SOMETHING GREAT!
Dara Reneé and Issac Ryan Brown are coming together to host Disney’s Magic Bake-Off, a competition series that challenges young pastry chefs. We talked to the co-hosts about the show, premiering on Disney Channel and DisneyNOW on August 13!
J-14: Hey guys! We can’t wait to watch the show! What was the most impressive treat you tasted?
DR: The anti-gravity cake! It was absolutely delicious, and I was so shocked to see how they created an illusion of a cake floating in the air! IRB: The most impressive treat I have seen on the show so far would be the almond and chocolate cake with glass edible stairs and fondant teardrops. It was so tasty, and the presentation was awesome!
J-14: What was it like working together as co-hosts?
DR: Issac is literally my little brother!
He is so funny, so talented and simply makes every day on set feel like I’m hanging with family.
IRB: Working with Dara Reneé is simply the best. She’s hilarious and so much fun! She is really cool, and I love working with her.
J-14: What is your favorite part of hosting the show?
DR: Being able to see all the extraordinary bakers at work and learning more about the culinary craft would definitely be my favorite part.
IRB: My favorite part of hosting is getting to interact and meet with all these unique and talented kids. It’s simply a blast of surprises and fun!
