You are absolutely not the only one feeling this way. After the past two years we’ve had, lots of people are feeling out of sorts. We think you should talk to your parents about it. Just give them an update on where your head is at lately. They can help you keep track and make sure this is a funk you’re going through and not anything more serious. Plus, opening up about your mental health is really, well, healthy! Keeping that conversati­on open will be a huge weight lifted off your shoulders. Besides having that conversati­on, try doing at least one thing a day that brings you joy. Maybe it’s watching cartoons or getting out your paint set. Small joys can make a big impact. Oh, and resist the urge to doom scroll! When in doubt, go outside and get some fresh air. Even five minutes in the sun is a mood lifter!
