SKY’S NEW ROLE IS HER BIGGEST YET!

In Surviving Summer, streaming on Netflix now, Sky Katz stars as Summer, a New York rebel whose world gets turned upside-down when she’s sent to live in Australia. The series is a big deal for Sky, because it’s her first time as the lead! “It was amazing, yet also terrifying to be the lead,” she tells J-14. “I loved that I had so many lines and storylines, but also felt the pressure to do a great job because I had the title role.” One massive perk of the job was getting to film in Australia — it’s the further Sky has ever been from home!

“The locations we filmed at and the places I visited in my spare time were all so beautiful,” she spills.
