Mary Jane Wiebers, 93 of Sterling went to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, February 20, 2022. A celebratio­n of Mary's life is planned for 10: 00 a. m., Saturday, July 2, 2022, at The Rock Assembly of God Church. All family and friends are welcome.

Mary was born March 11, 1928, to Henry and Eva ( Schott) Muth in Sterling, CO. As a child she worked very hard helping her family work the sugar beet fields. She graduated from Sterling High School in May of 1948. Before graduating, she started working at Eastman brothers as a bookkeeper, where she faithfully worked for the next 60 years. She married Fred Wiebers in April 1949 and they had 3 children together.

As a child she attended the German Congregati­onal Church and as a young adult she started attending the Sterling First Assembly of God, where she was a member of 70 plus years.

She is preceded in death by her parents Henry and Eva Muth of Sterling; 4 sisters, Mary Muth who passed away as a small child shortly before Mary's bir th, Lydia Brown of Springfiel­d,

MO, Freda Muth of Sterling, CO and Ella Stanky of Healton, OK. She was also preceded in death by 4 siblings during the family's migration from Grimm, Russia to Sterling, CO.

Mary is sur vived by her 3 children and their families Gary and Eugenia Wiebers of Antlers, OK, Sharlann "Joni" and Tom

Pomeroy of Atwood, CO and Ronalyn and Steve Westmorela­nd of Centennial, CO; grandchild­ren, Shawn Wiebers and wife Jennifer of Laurel, MS, Meagen Pickens and husband Greg of Pea Ridge, AK, and 5 great grandchild­ren Haleigh, Carter, Grif fin, Aubree and Blaze; and 6 bonus grandchild­ren, and 11 bonus great grandchild­ren.
