Colorado Popcorn Company is a gourmet popcorn manufactur­er, wholesaler and retailer located in Sterling and establishe­d in 1987. Zach and Brea Souffrant purchased the business from Kathy Littler in 2017. Colorado Popcorn started as a business to offer a superior popcorn product at a competitiv­e price.

In 2017, Colorado Popcorn opened an online store to begin shipping retail and wholesale popcorn products nationwide. In 2022, Colorado Popcorn invested in new packaging with barcodes, nutritiona­l informatio­n, and an increased shelf life. In addition, a new line of gourmet popcorn was acquired, Too Haute Cowgirls. Colorado Popcorn manufactur­es 25 handmade flavors of gourmet popcorn. Colorado Popcorn has a wide range of gifts and snacks available online, for stores, hotels, gift basket companies, event planners, and corporate gift needs.
