Sterling Police Department FEB. 17

At 10:28 a.m. Michael Greene, 53, was arrested in 100 block of Park St. on a warrant for flight to avoid. At 1:34 p.m. David Weber, 38, was arrested in the

400 block of Douglas St. on charges of felony menacing, obstructing a police officer and unlawful ownership of a dangerous dog.

At 11:34p.m. Scott Mcmahon, 63, was issued a citation in the 1000 block of S. Eighth Ave. for failure to appear.

At 11:34 p.m. Elizabeth Randle, 36, was arrested in the 1000 block of S. Eighth Ave. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle on a public roadway, driving a vehicle with defective/no brake lights, driving a vehicle while license is revoked as a habitual offender and driving under the influence. At 11:44 p.m. Trudi Wells, 41, was arrested in the 1000 block of S. Eighth Ave. on charges of possession of a schedule I/II controlled substance, distributing/ manufacturing/possessing with intent to district and a warrant for flight to avoid. At 9:23 a.m. police were dispatched to the 100 block of Broadway St. for a burglary alarm.

At 10:28 a.m. police were dispatched to the 200 block of N. Third St. for a burglary alarm.

At 9:10 p.m. police were dispatched to the 500 block of Columbine St. for a trespass.

FEB. 18

At 1:48 a.m. police were dispatched to County Road 39.5 and Pioneer Rd. for a vehicle crash with injuries. At 1:23 p.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of Douglas St. for an animal complaint.

At 7:52 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft.

FEB. 19

At 9:05a.m. Andrea Lester, 46, was arrested in the

1500 block of W. Main St. on charges of failure to appear and violation of a protection order.

At 6:06 p.m. Dominic Leal, 28, was arrested in the

2100 block of Leisure Ln. on charges of third-degree trespass, obstruction of a police officer and violation of a protection order.

At 7:25 a.m. police were dispatched to the 100 block of N. Front St. for a trespass. At 8:57 a.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for a trespass.

At 10:48 a.m. police were dispatched to Glenora St. and S. Third Ave. for a vehicle crash without injuries. At 3:46 p.m. police were dispatched to the 500 block of Chestnut St. for a disturbance.

At 5:12 p.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of Phelps St. for a disturbance. At 5:43 p.m. police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Leisure Ln. for a trespass. At 5:53 p.m. police were dispatched to a suspicious activity.

At 1:20 p.m. Kyle Langley,

37, was issued a citation in the 400block of N. Fourth St. for failure to appear. At 10:17 a.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of N. Fourth St. for an animal complaint.

At 12:37 p.m. police were dispatched to the 600 block of Globe St. for a trespass. At 12:57 p.m. police were dispatched to the 800 block of Sidney Ave. for theft. At 1:09 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1300 block of S. Third Ave. for a trespass.

At 5:51 p.m. police were dispatched to the 200 block of Taylor St. for a weapons violation.

At 5:52 p.m. police were dispatched to the 600 block of Fairhurst St. for an animal bite.

At 7:49 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1100 block of N. Sixth St. for theft. At 10:37 p.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of Plainview Ave. for a trespass.

FEB. 21

At 8:22a.m. Henry Popino, 70, was issued a citation in the 1300 block of S. Third Ave. for trespassing.

At 8:40 a.m. Dontez Smith, 29, was arrested in the 100 block of N. Riverview Rd. on a warrant for flight to avoid. At 11:42a.m. Derrick Eastin, 36, was arrested in the 200 block of W. Main St. on a warrant for flight to avoid. At 3:22p.m. Ein Newton,

24, was arrested in the 400 block of N. Fourth St. for flight to avoid.

At 9:30p.m. William Dobson, 64, was arrested in the 1500 block of W. Main St. on charges of theft and trespassing.

At 10:03 a.m. police were dispatched to N. Third St. and Pine St. for vandalism. At 11:00 a.m. police were dispatched to the 800 block of Seventh St. for an animal bite.

At 12:39 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1100 block of Pawnee Ave. for a weapons violation.

At 9:13 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft.

At 7:32 a.m. Sierra Silos,

36, was issued a citation at Oak St. and N. Fifth St. for failure to appear.

At 1:12 p.m. Andrew Jenks, 30, was arrested at S. Sixth Ave. and Douglas St. on a charge of failure to appear and a warrant for flight to avoid.

At 4:57 p.m. Jaymin Marx, 18, was arrested in the 400 block of Logan St. on a warrant for flight to avoid.

At 8:16 p.m. police were dispatched to the 200 block of N. Division Ave. for theft. At 8:19 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft.

At 3:52 p.m. Steven Fischenich, 35, was issued a citation in the 100 block of N. Seventh Ave. for child abuse.

At 7:27 a.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of State St. for a trespass. At 8:32 a.m. police were dispatched to the 1300 block of W. Main St. for a vehicle crash without injuries. At 11:20 a.m. police were dispatched to the 1100 block of W. Main St. for theft. At 4:01 p.m. police were dispatched to the 600 block of N. Second St. for a burglary. At 2:54 p.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of Hays Ave. for a hit-andrun vehicle crash.

At 4:01 p.m. police were dispatched to the 900 block of S. Division Ave. for vandalism.

At 4:19 p.m. police were dispatched to the 500 block of Platte St. for a disturbance. At 5:45 p.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of W. Main St. for theft.

At 9:32 a.m. Rene Almanza, 33, was arrested in the 600 block of N. Fourth Ave. on a charge of assault in the second degree.

Jordan, 26, was issued a citation in the 1100 block of Kings Ct. for theft.

At 11:57 p.m. Sierra Silos,

36, was arrested in the 500 block of Platte St. on charges of first-degree trespass of an occupied dwelling, felony menacing and assault in the third degree.

At 1:16 a.m. police were dispatched to the 600 block of Fairhurst St. for a trespass. At 11:24 a.m. police were dispatched to the 1100 block of King Ct. for theft.

At 3:44 p.m. police were dispatched to the 400 block of Mckinley St. for theft. At 7:25 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft. At 11:47 p.m. police were dispatched to the 500 block of Platte St. for a weapons violation.

At 9:04a.m. Antoinette Martinez, 58, was arrested in the 400 block of Douglas St. on a warrant for flight to avoid.

At 2:40p.m. Robert Dobson, 62, was issued a citation in the 400block of N. Fourth St. for failure to appear.

At 3:14 p.m. Autumn Hatcher, 19, was issued a citation in the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft — $1,000to $1,999.

At 3:00 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for theft.

At 10:48 a.m. Anthony Johnson, 53, was arrested at Second Ave. and Sixth St., in Crook, on charges of theft — less than $300, driving an uninsured motor vehicle on a public highway, possession of weapons by a previous offender, driving a vehicle without a valid driver’s license, expired license plates/registration and a warrant for flight to avoid.

At 2:37 p.m. Dakota Gillespie-herrera, 19, was arrested in the 500block of Sidney Ave., in Sterling, on charges of enticing a child, sexual assault on a child, sexual exploitation of a child and internet luring of a child with intent to exploit.

At 2:11 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 14500 block of County Road 39, in Sterling, for an offense. At 7:47 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 1400 block of S. Third Ave., in Sterling, for an offense.

FEB. 16

At 4:56 a.m. Duane Dobbins, 49, was arrested in the 11400 block of C.R. 71, in Fleming, on charges of third-degree motor vehicle theft — receiving from a third party, harboring a minor and accessory to a crime.

At 9:41a.m. Alecia Gillett, 49, was issued a citation in the 11400 block of C.R. 71, in Fleming, for contempt of court.

At 4:15 p.m. Joshua Duchesne, 40, was arrested in the 11400 block of C.R. 71, in Fleming, on charges of third-degree motor vehicle theft, second-degree trespass of agricultural land with intent to commit a felony, criminal mischief — less than $300, reckless endangerment, compounding, vehicular eluding, harboring a minor, obstructing a police officer, accessory to a crime, possession of one to four grams of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant for flight to avoid.

At 5:15 p.m. Jessica Makuski, 46, was arrested in the 11400 block of C.R. 71, in Fleming, on charges of third-degree motor vehicle theft, possession of one to four grams of fentanyl, second-degree trespass of agricultural land with intent to commit a felony, criminal mischief — $300 to $999, reckless endangerment, vehicular eluding, possession of drug paraphernalia, harboring a minor, obstructing a police officer, accessory to a crime and a warrant for flight to avoid.

At 10:50p.m. Ryan Payne, 31, was arrested in the 20900 block of Hwy. 6, in Sterling, on charges of owner operating an uninsured motor vehicle on a public highway, driving while license is restrained due to a drug or alcohol offense, displaying/possessing altered/fictitious tab title sticker plate and driving with expired license plates/ registration.

At 3:57 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 500 block of Emiline St., in Peetz, for an offense.

At 6:18 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of N. Riverview Rd., in Sterling, for an offense.

At 8:26 p.m. deputies were dispatched to mile marker 128 on Interstate 76 for a vehicle crash with injuries.

At 12:06 p.m. Alex Howland, 37, was issued a citation in the 1500 block of W. Main St. for violation of a protection order.

At 7:40 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of N. Second St., in Iliff, for vandalism.

At 10:28 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of N. Third St., in Sterling, for a burglary alarm.

FEB. 18

At 1:11 p.m. Joseph Fuller, 40, was arrested on N. Fifth Ave., in Sterling, on a warrant for flight to avoid. At 11:22 p.m. Natasha Bird, 38, was arrested in the 8900 block of C.R. 59, in Sterling, on charges of child abuse, assault in the third degree and false imprisonment.

At 1:48 a.m. deputies were dispatched to C.R. 39.5 and Pioneer Rd., in Sterling, for a vehicle crash with injuries.

At 11:06 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 8900 block of C.R. 59, in Sterling, for a 911 investigation. At 11:22 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 8900 block of C.R. 59, in Sterling, for an assault.

At 1:56 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of Sixth St., in Crook, for an animal bite.

At 6:44 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the 28100 block of C.R. 74, in Peetz, for a burglary alarm.
