Grinch Hot Chocolate

11/2 cups whole milk 1/2 cup heavy cream 8 ounces white chocolate chips 1 tablespoon green food coloring Whipped cream

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the whole milk and heavy cream until small bubbles appear around edges. Do not allow the mixture to boil. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted, returning the mixture to low heat if needed for the chocolate to melt completely. Add the food coloring and stir. Serve warm, topped with lots of whipped cream. Merry Christmas!
