Boys track team get win over Eisenhower

KANE - The Kane Wolves boys track team got off to a good start on the season as they fought the weather and a game Eisenhower Knights team to win 91-58.

Senior Sam Lundeen and Sophomore Tysin Boschert led the way winning three events each win Lundeen winning the High Jump, Long Jump and 100m dash, while Boschert won the Triple Jump, 110m Hurdles and 300m Hurdles. Senior Connor Brown doubled taking the Shot Put and Discus. Other winners were Brayden Byham in the 400m, Ethan Illerbrun in the 800m, Jess Stear in the Pole Vault and Mason Geer in the Javelin.

The next meet is scheduled for Tuesday, April 2 when Kane will host Warren with the meet set to begin at 4 p.m.
