ELK­TON — Ida Josephine “Bil­lie” Moore, 84, died April 26, 2018 in Elk­ton Tran­si­tional Care.

She was born on Feb. 9, 1934 in Fred­er­ick­town, daugh­ter of the late Harry L. and Mary Tra­verse Shaw. She was raised in Galena. She and her hus­band had owned Andy’s Tav­ern in Kennedyville for 12 years. Bil­lie had also worked in food ser­vice for lo­cal restau­rants. She loved sewing, word search puz­zles and watch­ing TV.

Along with her par­ents, she was pre­ceded in death by her first hus­band An­drew J. Tay­lor; sec­ond hus­band Frank Moore;

sons Charles Nel­son Tay­lor and Mark An­drew Tay­lor; four broth­ers, Harry Shaw Jr., Robert E. Shaw, James D. Shaw and Roland Shaw; and four sis­ters, Ann Thomas, Lily Dill, Mary Mof­fett and He­len W. Cooper.

Bil­lie is sur­vived by four daugh­ters, Deb­bie Lane, Betty King, Joyce Com­egys and Su­san Voss; brother Ralph Shaw; sis­ter Ethel Cron­lund; best friend Frances Os­borne; and nu­mer­ous grand­chil­dren and great­grand­chil­dren.

Ser­vices will be held vately.
