Police say seized cocaine was packaged for resale
ROCK HALL — The Kent County Narcotics Task Force charged Arnell Lee Warren, 48, of Rock Hall with possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute after seizing suspected powdered and crack cocaine from his home in the 21000-block of Striper Run on April 4.
Warren was released after posting $10,000 unsecured personal bond.
According to a news release from the task force, police served a search and seizure warrant at Warren’s residence shortly before 10 a.m. April 4. Items seized included 72.7 grams of suspected powdered cocaine, 29.2 grams of suspected crack cocaine, a digital scale, packaging material and “evidence of long-term distribution,” according to the news release.
The cocaine was packaged for sale, according to the news release.
Warren was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not marijuana; and two counts of possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute.
