2018 election analysis with the Democratic Club of Kent County
CHESTERTOWN — The public is invited to a presentation Dec. 13 of an analysis of the mid-term elections hosted by the Democratic Club of Kent County.
Dan Nataf, director of the Center for the Study of Local Issues in Annapolis, will offer insights into the results of the 2018 election, notably Maryland’s 1st Congressional District, as well as statewide outcomes, and look ahead to 2020.
The question of how and when to re-draw the lines for the gerrymandered 1st District also will be discussed, according to a news release.
Join the DCKC at the Chester River Yacht and Country Club, 7738 Quaker Neck Road, Chestertown. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for a social time; food and beverages available for purchase. At 6:45 p.m. there will be brief business meeting; the main program starts at 7 p.m.
