Fresh, clean and perfect for warm Southern evenings and afternoons alike, there’s no need to rush anything about this cocktail.

• Ketel One vodka

• Fresh lemon juice

• Italicus

• St. Germain

• Fresh strawberri­es

Using equal parts of the pours

(1oz parts for a single serving) and a few berries, mix, muddle and serve over ice. The secret weapon here is be the Italicus, a citrus/rose/ lavender liqueur that dates to the 15th century
